REAL LIFE - ANSWERED PRAYERS - SIGNS, MIRACLES AND WONDERS

Saturday April 14th
In Kansas City MO. and Eric wanted a hug!  Also met Lisa at McDonald's who was greatful for a bag and a prayer.  God is with us and we are doing what we can.  Not sure where we are heading next but wherever it is, HE goes before us...

FRIDAY APRIL 13TH, 2012
On Thursday we were traveling toward Kansas City MO. to visit the World Revival Church.  At exit 95 of North Highway 75 in Kentucky we saw this man with a sign and a need.  We went and talked with him, gave him a baggie of small items and he was happy to share a picture with us.
There are NO words for the joy it brought to us to do this.

After driving several more hours, eating a cup of soup, and cleaning up, we spent a wonderful night in the car camped at a beautiful state park outside of Coryban Indiana.  The deer were roaming, the stars were shining, and the cool chill of morning got us heading west again.

Now it is Friday night and we are 50 miles east of Kansas City MO.  We tried to use our sign on a freeway ramp in Illinois but the police officer, although real nice told us that they "don't condone that here", so at high noon we were out of "dodge" and driving again.  ha,ha,ha.

The remainder of our day was spent driving in the pouring rain except for a break when we stopped to try another ramp, but a well put together back packer had already posted camp there.  Rules of the road are you don't take someone elses corner.  So we pressed on.

After two tanks of gas today alone, we are really trusting God to supply needs.  HE has kept us safe, warm, clean and fed.  We keep looking for others along the way to give a bag to and say a prayer for.
Please keep us in yours.

We visited The World Revival Church last night in Kansas City, Mo.  Wow!!!!  What an experience.  Testimony time was really refreshing.  A few people spoke of the Power of Prayer.  I didnt get a chance to tell my testimony on stage so I will share it now.
Hitch-hiking up the east coast I was kicked off the highway by a state trooper.  Now I must tell you that every morning I wake up I thank God for watching over the night before.  I ask Him to continue to keep me safe and guide my footsteps throughout the day.   Anyway,  the state trooper pointed in the direction I should walk that was almost parallel to interstate 95.  It was on the south end of Richmond, Virginia that I was told to leave the highway. The trooper said I will find truck stops further down the road that I may be able to catch a ride at.  Turns out the walk was 9 long hours down the road. It was one of the most difficult walk I've ever endure because I was broke and hungry the whole way.  My heavy backpack didn't help my situation any.  Well during my last 15 minutes of the walk there was a shopping cart there along the sidewalk. ( Oh Thank God for your many wonderful Blessings).  Well, I finally turn the corner leading back to the interstate and the truck stops.  Instantly I recognize the area as one of my favorite trucks.  I was happy to see it.  Pushing my shopping cart I was screaming out loud, with a smile, saying," Thank you Lord for the strength and endurance to make that walk.  I couldnt have got through that one without you".  Anyway,  I had 75 cent that I found on the ground along the way.  I hid my backpack along the highway and was heading back to the truck stop to buy a bag of chips.  Its almost pitch black  up there where I hid my pack.  The only light I had was from a passing car here and there.  Still in the middle of my praise a car pass by so I'm looking down and right under my feet lay a 20 dollar bill.  Wow!  Instantly I know this is God's work alone.  Anyway, I guess I looked suspicious to a cop on duty while I was hiding my backpack.  I picked up the 20 and hadn't taken more than a few steps when a police car pulls in front of me and one behind me.  They asked what I was doing up there.  I told them about my long walk and that I was heading to the store and was going to camp under the overpass for the night.  Well they took my id and ran my name.  I'm clean.  Well the officer pulls out a voucher for a motel right there next to the truckstop and said you can stay there for the night and your free to stand on the ramp in the morning to get a ride out.  Smiling!!!!  That was all the Love of God to a Faithful Soldier like me.  Thank you again Lord for your many wonderful blessings!!!
I Thank You Pastor Gray for all the Love Ms. Carol and I received at The World Revival Church.  Please, pray for us and continue teaching the things that the People really need!
